Whether it's for competition or company, cooking BBQ sauce has been a passion of mine for a long time. In 1985 as a member of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, I created a sauce to use in the Big Pig Jig BBQ contest. Since that day I have been making sauces for BBQ contest, family and friends. So many people were requesting samples I just had to share it. I am proud to have been born and raised in the south and once you taste my sauces I hope you will find them to be â€œA True Southern Experience.â€?
